Terms & Conditions 

Keeping it simple:

  • Enquiry

    • You enquire

    • We respond with a questionnaire about your event

    • On receipt, we are able to give you a quote for your event

      • Let’s be honest, it’s never THAT SIMPLE, there will be lots of questions, but we do our best to answer them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

      • Once we have had all of our chats and changes, we will send you, our quote. We will also talk to you about it.

  • Payment

    • Once you have accepted the quote, we will issue you with an initial invoice for;

      • A holding deposit of 5% - This is non-refundable.

      • 12 weeks before your event, we will ask you for 45% of the sum of the final quote.

      • 2 weeks before we will ask you for the final 50%

  • Refunds

    • Holding Deposit – Non-Refundable

    • 2nd invoice – 45% of the final fee

      • Up to 8 weeks before, 70% refund

      • Up to 6 weeks before, 50% refund

      • Up to 3 weeks before, 25% refund

      • Less than 3 weeks’ notice, no refund … But we can look to re-arrange the event

    • 3rd invoice – Non-Refundable.

 

  • Life is Never Set in Stone

    • Events are always a moveable feast. Changes happen,  dates, menu, numbers, dietary requirements. We will always do our best to accommodate changes. If that means an alteration in the cost of the event, we will inform you in writing and get written consent prior to implementing any change.
