What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you request a quote we will collect your name and email in order to email this quote to you and so we have a reference of who you are should you choose to book.
When you book an event with us we will only request the data we require to fulfil this event for you and you can access this data at any stage should you need to review or change it.
Contact forms
If you use a contact form on our website this data will be stored in email for a period of 12 months for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through for marketing purposes.
If you submit a quote with us then a record of this quote will be stored on our system for a period 24 months giving customers the opportunity to retain and book quotes at a later date.
Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and statistics. The information stored is only about your visit and no personal information about you is recorded by this software.
